TensorLocal provides a collection of free, browser-based online tools designed for developers, designers, and digital creators. These tools include, but are not limited to, JSON formatting, Base64 encoding and decoding, hash generation, regular expression testing, UUID generation, color picking and conversion, URL encoding, text counting, timestamp conversion, Markdown previewing, CSS minification, and lorem ipsum text generation.

All of our tools process data locally within your web browser. We do not upload, transmit, or store any content that you input into our tools on our servers.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.
• Use any automated system, including bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technologies, to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests to the Site than a human can reasonably produce in the same period using a conventional web browser.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site, including by transmitting any malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to provide the Services.

Our Services are primarily tool-based, and we do not host, store, or publish user-generated content. Any data you input into our tools is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. You retain full ownership of any content you input into our tools.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us (for example, through our contact form), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our Services without obligation to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SITE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at contact@tensorlocal.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TensorLocal regarding your use of the Site and Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
